San Francisco, early Friday morning. Open my browser and head to lavanguardia.com to read the latest news.
I see that judge del Olmo has “hijacked” the latest version of El Jueves, the best and oldest humour magazine in Spain. Apparently the cartoon in the cover showing the prince of Spain and his wife making love to conceive a child to get the 2.500€ government help, didn’t please the judge.
In the cartoon the prince of Spain says: “Do you realize that if you get pregnant this is gonna be the closest thing to working I’ve ever done in my whole life!”
You can see the el Jueves website with a short explanation about the issue and how suprised they are by the whole thing
The last line on the temporary website read: “Are we really writing this the 20th of July of 2007?

Apparently any website that reproduces the cover is liable to prosecution too.
From here it looks like I still have a jet-lag of about 40 years.
They created www.eljueves.us real quick didn’t they?
